Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any equipment back to our facility.

Secure Packaging

Pack the kiln or accessory in its original crate or box with all internal protective padding to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

Shipping and Insurance

Ship the item using a trackable carrier and purchase shipping insurance, as Jen-Ken Kilns is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transport.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and verify its condition, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
